Fairfield great-hotels.com was a nightmare.

The lady at the desk worked so hard to help resolve a mistake I made in booking for inadvertently booking for the next night instead of that night. Hotels.com was very difficult to work with. I will book directly with the property in the future and not hotels.com. She was amazing in helping to resolve my problem.
