Breakfast was stale and molded bagels,old cereal and a 1/2 gallon milk. Was told by staff once they woke up the food truck hasn't arrived. Pool was filthy so I cleaned it myself with what tools that weren't broke. Trash cans on property and around pool were overflowing with trash.

We struggled with opening the door, even after getting a new card. It just took a special touch to get it open. We were looking forward to getting their continental breakfast. We went down at 8:00 and nothing! The lights weren't even on and nobody came to the front desk for us to even inquire about it.

I had two rooms and one was two buildings away from the other making it necessary to drive to both locations to load and unload. Once established, we had an issue with television working that was very inconvenient. Other than those things, all was well.
