Chesa Arsa is a house built in 1981 in the Engadine style, in the centre of Silvaplana, next to Hotel Julier. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The new sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the winter season busses run every half hour in any direction. More physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
