APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Partially renovated, bright 3 1/2 room apartment on the ground floor with a sunny terrace surrounded by greenery.
The spacious living/dining room with fireplace, television and internet offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy cosy get-togethers at the large wooden table.
The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine.
Entrance hall with cloakroom. Two comfortably furnished double bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub/washbasin. Separate toilet.
The wonderful, furnished terrace with magnificent mountain views faces south. Morning coffee in the sunshine is a special treat on the rustic Swiss stone pine bench.
Parking space in the garage. Laundry room and ski room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Cuntainta is situated in the area of Üerts, on the edge of the village centre of Champfèr, in a quiet location. Cross-country skiing trails, hiking and cycling paths are in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop, children's playground and grocery shops can be found in the village, about 5 minutes' walk away. Eine sehr praktische (Frau hat genügend Stauraum) und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr grosszügig und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Zugang zum Putzschrank, ist in drei Wochen Aufenthalt, Gold wert. Die Heizung lässt sich einfach regulieren, so wie die Handhabung des Kamins ebenfalls easy ist. Die Nähe zum super gut funktionierenden engadiner ÖV, machen die Wohnung sehr attraktiv. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hätten uns sehr gewünscht, wenn die Küche mit Standard Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Oregano...) ausgestattet worden wäre. Das haben wir sehr vermisst. Leider haben wir auch erst am vorletzten Tag den Staubsauger gefunden.. welchen wir dann leider aus Zeitmangel nicht mehr anwenden konnten. Daher wäre eine Info-Broschüre zur Wohnung sehr hilfreich. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne mal wieder :)

Die Lage ist hervorragend gelegen. Zwei Busstationen, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie die Langlaufloipe sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Gleichzeitig bietet die Wohnung eine sehr ruhige Lage. Hervorzuheben ist das geräumige und schön eingerichtete Wohnzimmer, das zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. So bietet es mehr als genügend Platz, um auch noch Gäste zu empfangen. Das Bettsofa ist sehr bequem und eignet sich wunderbar als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit. Mich hat die Ferienwohnung insgesamt sehr überzeugt und ich werde sicher versuchen, diese Wohnung erneut für meine Ferien zu buchen.

Enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment in the heart of family-friendly Champfer neighborhood. Ample, bright living/dining room with newly renovated kitchen. Modern appliances throughout the apartment. Walking distance to beautiful hiking paths and array of winter activities.
