Private Pool Guesthouse for up to 6 on Secluded & Private Gated 3.25 acre Estate

Nestled w/in a small enclave of custom homes, our Guesthouse is located on our private home property, a very private country setting of 3.25 acres w/ many trees & bamboo, behind 2 security gates & only 3 minutes from 118 freeway & all major conveniences.

Located 150' from our main house next to the pool, apprx. 750 sf, 1 bedroom w/ King bed, 2 queen air mattresses, 1 futon that can sleep 1 & couch that can sleep 1, living room w/ TV, full bathroom w/ tiled shower, dining area & full kitchen, electric stove, combo MW/convection oven, full-size fridge.

Pet friendly for dogs.

The pool is a very large pool approximately 60' long, 40' wide at the 3' shallow end and 20' wide at the 10' deep end. There is also, a 21' diameter 18" deep kiddie pool.
(*Pools are not heated and usually drained for the winter from October thru May, depending on the weather.)

There are lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, a pavilion with ping pong table and BOX HOCKEY game.
