Starting with we reserved a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. After finally finding the pickup area for the Morgan, which was hidden by another resort’s ban, we then had to call for the shuttle. At check in they said they didn’t have the room available that we reserved. Nigel said he saw where we requested a king bed but they didn’t have any available. We didn’t request a king after booking, we paid for and reserved a king at the time of booking. At first he didn’t have anything available until we told him we would switch when something came available. Miraculously, he found a room for us. Trinity at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when they had a problem with the phones lines being down. We stayed at The Morgan 3 years ago and had a much more pleasant stay. The staff was much more friendly then. Shout out to Nakomi, Luke and Hopeton. Excellent service. We were also woken early one morning to the sound of repairs on a pole right outside our door. I don’t blame the person who was just doing his job as instructed by his employer, this noise was on the management. Hopefully The Morgan Resort will consider returning yo the quality of service that we received 3 years ago, because again we were somewhat disappointed with this stay.
