Our extended family, ages 11 months to 70 years, had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this villa.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the setting superb, and the surroundings beautiful. As a beach holiday we couldn’t possibly have done any better. Gloria is delightful, and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Willkommen im Paradies!

Erst einmal danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub, eine tolle Kommunikation und deine Hilfe vor Ort, Gloria! Unser Urlaub mit der gesamten erweiterten Familie war fantastisch! Das Grundstück ist groß genug, dass man sich aus dem Weg gehen kann, wenn man das möchte. Das Haus ist großzügig und teilt sich im Haupthaus in den Wohn- und Essbereich und den Schlafbereich mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 2 DZ und 2 H) auf. Das Esszimmer ist zwar nicht ganz so groß wie es auf den Bild, aber es reicht völlig für 8 Personen. Außerdem - wer will schon drinnen essen in so einer Location?! Bei uns war das tatsächlich nur morgens der Fall, da zu der Tageszeit die Wespen so aktiv und wir noch nicht wach genug waren. Ein paar Stufen weiter Richtung Meer gibt es noch ein kleines Haus mit 2 DZ und Bad. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Hier gibt es Fliegengitter an den Fenstern - die fehlen im Haupthaus leider in den Schlafzimmern. Also Mückenschutz einpacken! Direkt am Strand liegt die wunderschöne Beach-Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf Meer und Bucht. Hier haben wir abends immer unseren Aperitif genossen - mit Sonos Sound im Gepäck (selbst mitnehmen, sonst bleibt es sehr ruhig). Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang erlebt man hier zwar nicht, dafür aber unvergessliche Stunden zwischendrin. Meer und Strand waren einfach ein Traum. Je nach Licht hatten wir fast das Gefühl, wir sind auf Hawaii. Und wir persönlich genossen es sehr, dass wir nicht am Strand liegen müssen. Das Haus war so unheimlich sauber, dass ich das Putzteam am liebsten abwerben würde. Fenster, Bäder, Küche, Terrassen, Ecken, Regale etc… alles wie geschleckt. Top! Wir hatten zu siebt nur ein Auto und konnten daher gut einkaufen, aber so ganz ohne Auto wird es dann vielleicht doch etwas eng auf Dauer, da es nicht viel drumherum gibt. Zum kleinen Supermarkt, zum Strandkiosk und zwei italienischen Restaurants kann man gut zur Fuß laufen, aber zumindest wir haben fußläufig kein lebendiges Ortszentrum gefunden, in dem man Zeit verbringen kann. Wir hatten aber dieses Mal kein Bedürfnis. Die Kinder liebten das Meer und darum hat sich unser gesamter Urlaub gedreht… für uns perfekt! Hinter den Haus gibt es einen alten stillgelegten Tennisplatz - wenn hier noch ein Spielplatz wäre… Hach, das wäre das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Ob für Urlaub oder für eine ausgedehnte Working from (not) Home Session - ein wundervoller Platz!

Fantastycznie położona nieruchomość

Przepięknie położony dom, nad samym morzem. Z ogrodu furtka bezpośrednio na plażę. Nie jest to nowy dom, ale wszystko jest sprawne i działa, a wyposażenie jest kompletne i niczego nie brakuje. Gloria jest świetną, komunikatywną i szybko reagującą osobą, na której pomoc można liczyć. Jedna mała uwaga, która obniża komfort użytkowania to brak moskitier w oknach i drzwiach. Wszyscy byliśmy mocno pogryzieni przez komory :) Przy samej plaży jest garaż ze sprzętem wodnym, z którego można korzystać. Plażą można dojść do przyjemnej restauracji i sklepu - 10-15 min spaceru.

Spectacular Location- Ideal for a Large Family Group

This large, traditional house is right on the beach! Perfect location for a sun-filled week!! Gloria is a n excellent host- always available to answer any questions. House itself is well- equipped for a larger family/ group with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and two more bedrooms and an extra bathroom in the Dependence.. We were a group of 8 people and the house had everything we needed including a great BBQ, plenty of space to sit outside and a super chill- area overlooking the beach. You could hear the waves rolling at night - simply gorgeous. There is a cafe/ Bar and a perfectly adequate supermarket within easy walking distance of the property- ideal for an early morning cappuccino with the locals and to pick up some fresh bread for breakfast back home on the terrace. Ideal house for a sunny week of relaxation and perfect location for discovering the southern coast of Sardinia including; Solanas beach (10 minutes) , Villasimius ( 15-20 minutes), Cagliari City (35-40 minute drive) etc. Highly recommend this house.

Traumhaft !!!

Das Haus ist absolut wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und schön. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein paar Schritte und man steht am Strand. Die untere Terrasse ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mal genug vom Sand hat. Die Gastgeberin Gloria ist super freundlich, geht auf alle Wünsche und Fragen ein und antwortet super schnell. Vielen Dank Gloria! Alles in allem ein echter Traumurlaub, Erholung pur am Strand. …wir kommen bestimmt wieder…

Amazing place !

The house is great! Amazing Location!! We had a great experience with friends and families ! Gloria is super friendly and always available for any questions ! Only thing : The beach house could be included in the total price. We will hopefully come back next year, if Gloria buy two windsurf :) !!
