There was toothpaste splatter all over the mirror and wall. The faucet didn't look clean. There was only one plastic cup provided in the room and it was not in plastic wrap. After seeing the toothpaste splatter I did not trust that the cup was clean and unused.

The room was uninhabitable. After opening the door I instantly noticed a strong odor. It smelled musty and like cigarettes. There were stains/bodily fluids on most surfaces including the night stand, dresser, bed, and floor. I took multiple pictures but they do not do justice compared to the odor. I want a full refund. I never stayed at the property and booked a room at a different hotel.
