The space was amazing! Loved the views and vibe of the hotel! We are staying again. The only bad thing was the lack of utensils, a freezer, and a microwave. Usually suites have that. And the shower knob to turn on was loose and would stay screwed on. Otherwise. Amazing! Definitely worth a stay!!!

Our first time staying on this side of town. Area is nice. Enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a view of the falls with balcony. Great service at their bar and enjoyed some Arancini with ice cold beverages before heading over to Ironwood for an enjoyable dinner with a nice view. Would definitely stay again, as most importantly, the staff was nice to my dog!

Steel District stay

We had a great stay. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Great location. We caught a free concert just across the street and go to see a free performance of Hamlet in the park. The hotel was right in the middle of the new Steel District and very convienent. We enjoyed Falls park and all the walking trails.

quite, when we were there, live music was being played at a park. we sat on our balcony and could watch and listen to the bands perform.

The gentleman who checked us in on July 2nd, near midnight, was incredibly fast and polite. The next morning, we left at 5 AM and were delighted to be checked out by him once again. He remained attentive even towards the end of his shift, showcasing values that are rare in today’s hospitality industry. This hotel truly stood out as one of the nicest we’ve stayed at in a while. During a two-week cross-country road trip, we visited numerous excellent hotels, but this one truly shined. We never expected to find such a gem in South Dakota. The price was excellent, considering we’re from the Washington, D.C. area where hotels typically start around $400 and don’t offer nearly as much quality or customer service. Lastly, the area felt incredibly safe. It’s literally just down the street from the police station and well-lit.

Hotel rooms, lobby, etc VERY nice. Only problem is trying to figure out where to park. No signs to direct you. They need valet!! You park in garage, so up/down elevator with luggage, cross skywalk, then down elevator to lobby to checkin…back up elevator to room…that was NOT convenient!
