The space

MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM: features a comfy sectional sofa, coffee table and one of the three wood-burning fireplaces to create that perfect ambiance

BEDROOM #1: All three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed, wood burning fireplace, and 55 inch TV, closet and extra pillows and blankets creating the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.
BEDROOM #2
The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, also extra pillows and blanket and connects to the fitness room.
BEDROOM #3
This bedroom is smaller and is furnished with a full bed and nightstand but the two walls of windows letting in all the natural light make it my favorite room.

KITCHEN & DINING: Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal including all cooking and baking pans, crockpot, and all utensils including a pizza cutter....my son says that is a must. :)It is also equipped with a 10 cup coffee pot and a Keurig with a variety of black and green teas, regular and decaf coffee and hot chocolate and cider and several flavors of coffee creamer.
The dining table seats at least 8 allowing all family and friends to gather and share a meal.

FITNESS ROOM: Don't worry about slacking on your fitness routine during your stay! We've got a bike, yoga mat, bands, and dumbbells. This room is connected to the queen bedroom upstairs.
FULL BATHROOM: This bathroom is located upstairs and has been renovated with a new tub and beautiful onyx surround. A concierge basket provides any toiletries you may have forgotten. A hair dryer is also provided.

OFFICE: No need to work from the couch or kitchen table, we've got a dedicated office on the main floor with a desk, office chair and high-speed internet. A chair and reading lamp also make it a nice reading space.

BATHROOMS A half bathroom is connected to the office on the main floor.

FOUR SEASON ROOM: This room is the enclosed porch on the front of the house and is the perfect sunny room in the home to take some time reading some of the books that are provided or maybe take that afternoon nap.

FAMILY ROOM: The basement family room is furnished with a comfy sectional sofa, another 55 inch TV, and the third fireplace. It's the perfect place for the kids to watch their shows. There is also a card table and chairs in a separate space to play any of the many provided games for kids and adults.

PARKING: The driveway contains two tandem parking spots and there's plenty of free street parking available as well.

LAUNDRY: A washer, dryer, and all laundry supplies are available for your use in the basement!

BACKYARD: The small but mighty backyard is fully fenced in and includes a gas grill, firepit and chairs to enjoy a bonfire with family. Wood is provided!

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a code specific to you.

FAQs:

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- No. You will have the entire house to yourself!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
