It boasts 4 great size bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, as well as 2 sleeper sofas for larger groups. Watch your favorite movie or sports game on the Smart TV as you sit in the 7 person hot tub after a long day. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for kids or pets wanting to stretch their legs. Enjoy easy access to all of Sioux Falls with Augie, USF, Sanford just blocks away, and Avera just 1 mile away. Numerous restaurants are less than a mile from your front door.
