The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in the South Meadow, a very centralized location at the Ranch.



We especially enjoy the new Lakeside Pool and Bistro facility. An excellent place for a morning cup of coffee to soak in one of the best mountain views in Oregon.



Other Things to Note:

As of January 2024, Black Butte Ranch has updated their recreation fees to a resort fee percentage based on the nightly rate. This fee is included in your booking and you will no longer have to pay extra fees upon arrival at the welcome center.



Interaction with Guests:

We currently reside in Portland, Oregon and manage our other Airbnb space in our home. In addition to the experienced hosting we offer, we have set up a dependable local team that can respond to immediate needs that require an in person visit.

Amazing Location

This was our first time staying in Black Butte and we had a wonderful time. There is something for everyone to do and the views are unbeatable. The property was perfect for our family and the communication with the manager was great.

Great House

This was a terrific vacation house. The kitchen was well stocked as were all the linens. The rooms and bedding were decorated with a modern clean design. Grill worked well and was clean. Plenty of room for up to 10 people, although we only had 6. Owners were quick to reply and checked in through the weekend. Easy bike ride or walk to Glaze Meadows pool. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Black Butte Comfort

Lovely home, spacious open living area, extremely well stocked, comfy beds and beautiful linens. Nestled in the woods in a beautiful setting. Had great communication with owners and expedient replies to any inquiries. Kids loved the toys and the sleds were a nice surprise. Grateful to Adam and Hanna for allowing us to use their home.

Nice home with great potential

This rental is very clean and roomy, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family or multiple families. There were board games and sweet little toys for the kids. The hosts are updating the home—it has new paint and tasteful furnishings and window coverings. As the hosts update fixtures and get the pellet stove replaced or working, this rental will be all the better. Adam, the host, was responsive during our stay and was great to work with.

Our new go to

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Adam and his family’s home. The decor is tasteful, the kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen for a rental, and the beds were dreamy. The layout of the house was great for having wide open space for enjoying time together, with good separation between the bedrooms to ensure the kids got a quiet night of sleep when we stayed up laughing. I loved sipping coffee and looking out at the snow covered trees each morning. We can’t wait to return soon!
