Your reservation of the 5-bedroom Ranch House ensures your exclusive access to the heart of the property. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom for added comfort. The hot tub beneath the stars is exclusively reserved for Ranch House guests, providing a serene and indulgent experience.

While enjoying the property, please be aware that other guests may also be exploring the ranch or its amenities. Wander the trails behind the ranch, relishing the tranquility, and appreciate recent updates like fresh paint and rustic Western decor inspired by the ranch's history. While we encourage a break from screens, we recognize the appeal of movie nights, so complimentary WiFi is available in the Ranch House. So bring your laptop! Please note, that there isn't a dishwasher, but a commercial sanitation machine that works in place of a dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
