"Sent to the basement.Room very small, stuffy,noisy and dark. Small bathroom, plastic curtains shower, clocked sink, dirty toilet.NO WIFI, NO AIRCO, NO VIEW. No help from the staff."

"Great location in the centre of Roskilde, restaurant/pub at the front of the hotel on the main shopping street. Decent food. No facilities in the room (kettle) That was the only downside."
