Introducing Tickled Pink, the newest addition to the NCEscapes suite of vacation rentals in North Topsail Beach, NC. This custom-built luxury home is an exquisite waterfront retreat, featuring a remarkable 35' zero entry HEATED in-ground swimming pool that promises to impress your entire group.

Pool Heating:
From March 15 to October 31, the pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, providing a perfect environment for aquatic enjoyment. Please note that the pool is winterized from November 1 to March 14, ensuring an optimal and safe experience for guests.

Living Spaces:
Boasting brand new construction, Tickled Pink offers four decks that allow for stunning views in every direction, ideal for sunrise and sunset appreciation. The two living rooms with smart TVs provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay, rain or shine.

Kitchen and Dining:
The home features a spacious dining table with 10 matching dining chairs, complemented by a modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a small island with seating for three, providing a convenient space for meals and gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities and a pantry, ensuring a seamless culinary experience during your stay.

Bedrooms & Baths:
Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with Smart TVs, two of which are King Ensuites. The home offers three bedrooms with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with two sets of Full over Full bunks, accommodating both comfort and flexibility for your group. Additional sleeping options are available with a sleeper sofa, ensuring your group’s needs are met.

Outdoor Space:
A range of outdoor amenities awaits, including the highlight: a 35' HEATED in-ground pool available from April 1 to October 31, maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees. Ample seating on all the decks and around the pool and across the decks contribute to a delightful experience, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

We also have a pool volleyball net, disc golf basket, outdoor Connect 4 and Jenga in additional to a custom cornhole set - all of which will keep the whole family entertained! Speaking of entertainment, everyone loves the Ms PacMan Arcade.

Safety and Features:
The property is well-equipped with safety features, including a private driveway accommodating at least 5 cars, Ring security cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, exterior lighting, and a fire extinguisher, ensuring a secure and comfortable stay for all guests.

Dog-Friendly:
Tickled Pink welcomes your furry companions, and the property is dog-friendly on a case-by-case basis. A $200 refundable pet fee is requested for each canine guest. Please reach out to discuss the pet rules further, and please note that cats are not allowed at this time.

This is a very special property. The owners have given great thought to every possible need/interest!We spent our 40th Anniversary week along with 10 adult friends/family.Plenty of together space, and alone space.Kitchen was impeccably and thoughtfully stocked, as were ALL the bathrooms. Lots and lots of fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, and having fun in the sand equipment. Fully fenced yard kept out dog safe, secure, and able to join in the fun.Pool is lovely, complete with shaded trellis/sun shade area.This house has it ALL, and then some.Communication with owner was excellent before, during, and after. No concern was too small, response was helpful, pleasant and timely. Thank you for a fun a fabulous experience, we thoroughly enjoyed it .

The house was amazing and in great condition and was very clean.Plenty of things at the house to do, lots of games and toys for the kids to play.Had everything that you needed for a day at the beach. Awesome House, Great Host

The house is awesome. It is a very roomy, well furnished vacation home. The bedding is good and the furnishings nice. Our family really enjoyed sitting on the porches and taking in the views of North Topsail Beach. We bought a 4x4 access pass and drove the short distance to the New River Inlet access point and sat on the inlet, fished, and relaxed watching all the boats come in and out. Not a place to swim due to high currents but we don't do a lot of swimming in the ocean anyway. My daughter brought her 9 month old baby and the house is well appointed for children and babies with a high chair, portable crib, and kid friendly plates and cups. The back yard is really nice with plenty of seating, a heated pool, and lots of pool floats. The host provides plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. The grill is decent and the propane tank was full when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a large table that seats 10 + for dining and playing games or whatever activities you might have in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

Mother’s Day get away!

To enhance the writing, you can try: Our tradition of spending Mother’s Day at the beach was interrupted when we moved from California to NC, leaving us longing for the beach life. However, Atlantic Beach exceeded our expectations; the house was just as advertised, and we had an incredible time. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future.

Everything you could want and more!

The pictures did not even do this house justice! In addition to the gorgeous rooms, everything you would want or need was provided. The heated pool was such a blessing given the crummy weather we had. The owner responded to all my messages quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy.

Relaxing Family Getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink! The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable and fun long weekend away. It was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in on Topsail - plus our dog loved the private, fenced-in yard! We would love to come back again in the future.

Beautiful and Fully-Stocked Home Away from Home in N. Topsail

This beautiful home in North Topsail exceeded all expectations we had from the property listing (and the name). From the thorough and quick communication from both host and on-site manager, to the cleanliness of the property, and the convenience and comfort of the home, location, and amenities, we were thrilled with our quick family trip! This is not your typical beach rental. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the views are great, all beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked, the pool/hammock/outdoor areas were all gorgeous, there were games/puzzles for the whole family, plenty of soap and paper products, and the beach was a quick walk, even for our 4-year-old. It's the little details, too: tons of hangers in each closet, a clock in every room, plenty of towels (bath, kitchen, beach), pantry essentials stocked - you can tell that Beata and Christine genuinely care about their guests' experience and anticipate their needs. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful N Topsail Beach and Convenient Amenity Location

Beata and her Tickled Pink location team made our spur of the moment trip a huge success. We loved the multiple water views from the house, the fully equipped home and close proximity to the beach. Communication was clear, accurate and accommodating - we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay to experience more of the beautiful beach weather and views but when we have more time to check out the quaint surrounding areas and eating places we discovered! Paradise in North Topsail

Tickled Pink is just amazing! The house is well-maintained and well-equipped with anything you could need. Linens, blender, crockpot, coffee makers, pots, pans, trash bags, bikes, beach cart, the list goes on and on! The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and the beach is merely steps away. Christine and Beata are a joy to work with. Their care and kindness during our stay were an added bonus. Don’t miss this piece of paradise in North Topsail!
