Great Apartment Close to Town

We are close to the heart of Soldotna! Just minutes from local shopping, attractions, and the Kenai River! Abundant wildlife sightings in our neighborhood. This place is great for a small group coming to stay, with two single beds (can be joined to form a king for those honeymooners!) and a sofa bed located in the living room, which makes it perfect for a small family. We also have a fully functional kitchen with all the tools needed to make a wonderful meal after a full day of fishing! A good sized full bathroom for those of us who like to soak after a long day. Everything you need and more is right here!

Great place

We had a great time. The property was in a great place for viewing wildlife. I saw a mother Moose and her twin babies as I was getting something out of my car. Absolutely beautiful.

Enjoyable Stay in Soldotna

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Owner Kim was very friendly and wonderful to work with. She was great in promptly answering emails & phone calls. Her willingness to work with us in case of a possible cancellation because of smoke conditions due to a nearby forrest fire (which turned out to be a nonfactor - no smoke) was much appreciated.

Friendly, Convenient & Clean Charmer

Thank you for providing a Charmingly Cozy, Clean and Cared for home away from home for my crew while working in Soldotna. Your convenient and close location to Soldotna yet Alaskan rural outpost provides a terrific getaway from lights and noise ... awesome viewing of the Milky-way and constellations. Add on top of all this great cell reception and wiFi included and you simply cannot go wrong staying here. Enjoy ... my crew did! Hopefully we will be back during our next cycle of work. 5 Stars ... Indeed!
