Property has a large fenced-in yard made for BBQs and lawn games. The neighborhood is very quiet. This is the perfect rental choice for someone looking to be close to conveniences while still being able to enjoy the nature of Alaska.

The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place for the members of our executive board from out of town to relax after long all day work sessions. We had fun playing the games that were there. Everything was perfect!

The place was great & it is in a nice quiet yet centrally located spot.The VRBO deposit return process is horrible. They had my deposit for months & then at the end they hold it for an additional 14 days (after the host gives them the release). I just got that notice today and it says it will take 15 days to process. How come a charge can post on a day but a refund takes so long? Holding my money for 8 months is ridiculous.
