"Brasilia 5A" This apartment is located on the fifth floor, has an elevator. It is just a few steps from the Repic beach of Puerto de Sóller. From the spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa, TV / Video, WIFI, CD-Stereo and open kitchen you can enjoy the fantastic partial views of the Port and the lighthouse. The property offers, two rooms with double bed and two singles, a bathroom, with bathtub, washbasin and wc. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob and washing machine. Overall, the stay was good. The apartment is well located and worked well for our two‑week visit to the area. Having an elevator was very convenient, especially being on the fifth floor, and the internet connection was excellent — fast and reliable fiber. The view over the bay of Sóller was also a very nice bonus. Everything was generally comfortable and the experience was positive.

Perfect Waterfront Stay!

A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos.

Fantastic location!

Great apartment in such a central location for the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the tram! Suited our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids, 11 and 16) perfectly as we were only on a short break (4 nights). Booking and arrival process very straightforward (clear directions and photos were a big help) and Maria and others were very friendly. Wifi worked instantly and really handy that beach towels and essentials (loo roll, washing up liquid) were all provided. We love this part of Mallorca and this spacious apartment I would highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This property was as described. Good open-plan living area and decent sized bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and the whole apartment was immaculately clean. Very well equipped and the location was perfect! Would benefit from air conditioning although I appreciate this isn’t always possible. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and great views over the port

The view from the apartment is much better than I had been expecting, being an almost full panorama of the port apart from one building in the way. No air-con, but we got a decent breeze with the windows open - it is on the 5th floor. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge which we ended up sleeping on, as it was much cooler than in the bedroom. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Disappointing apartment

The apartment was very disappointing due to a number of problems with it and I had to spend a chunk of my holiday liaising with the agency. These included; the kettle not working, a faulty freezer door which intermittently would not open, a broken front door handle, poor WiFi, Satellite TV not wired properly, poor ventilation in the bathroom, windows which did not lock in bathroom and a new dress which was damaged by a splinter of wood sticking out in the wardrobe. Not good value for money at all. Although the owner did compensate for the ruined dress he has ignored my request for a small refund on the rental due to the numerous problems in the apartment.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ruhig und doch mitten im Ort. Nähe zum Strand und zu Restaurants. Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Marta von der Agentur sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Old and grimy

The place was unfortunately very old and not well kept at all (except the bathroom which seemed like it recently went through a remodel). The pictures did not represent the place well, in fact they were very well taken since they hid all the apartment's flaws. The worst part were the mattresses, pillows and bed/bath linens. They felt like 100 years old. Incredibly uncomfortable and very worn away. Most towels were dirty. The only reason why I didn't give it one star is because the people from the management company were very nice, understanding and apologetic.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien situé à soller et il est très agréable, la vue sur la mer est vraiment splendide. L'ascenseur de l'immeuble est tombé en panne pendant notre séjours. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et pas de climatisation.

Schöner Ort, aber verbesserungsfähig

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war schön. Die Lage ist toll, man blickt direkt auf den Hafen und ist super zentral. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Allerdings könnten die Utensilien in der Küche erneuert werden und auch eines der Betten ist sehr ungemütlich.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben einer ganz schöne Zeit Port de Sóller gehabt. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist sie auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein größer öffentlicher Parkplatz liegt fast gegenüber der Wohnung. Ab 19 Uhr ist er kostenlos. Von 10 Uhr bis 19 Uhr kostet er etwa 6€.

Tolle Lage

Tolle zentrale Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sehr schöner Blick vom Esstisch aufs Meer und die Boote. Schöner ruhiger Balkon zur Rückseite. Allerdings haben einige Lichtschalter nicht funktioniert bzw. die Glühbirnen waren kaputt und auf den Deckenventilatoren war 1 cm Staub, so dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Die Gläser in den Küchenschränken waren zum Teil dreckig. Mussten auch den Abfluss in der Dusche gleich am ersten Tag sauber machen (Haare etc.), weil das Wasser nicht abfloss. Aber der Rest hat uns gut gefallen, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Würden wieder buchen
