Xaloc Apartment is a newly refurbished property located in the genuine fishermen district at the port side of Puerto de Soller. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach and local shops. Xaloc is a second-floor apartment decorated with taste and set in a tranquil not tourist area, yet to a walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The private terrace with own dining area overlooks the harbour with its mix of fishing boats and yachts. The top large terrace in the building can be used for the guest staying at Xaloc and overlooks the harbour with its mix of fishing boats and yachts. The apartment is an airy and light open space with a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room with sofa, Air Conditioning in bedrooms and dinning room, WIFI, Sat TV and DVD.
