My prior stays were perfect. My last stay, the room (108) I was in, was less than perfect. Room was next to a mattress storage room. Loud shower from room above, etc. I can see discarded mattresses placed in the parking lot from the window. Room overall was wack. I feel like that room (108) is use for short stays, not business people. This experience was Not very relaxing at all.

The man at check in was ignorant for no reason. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was cockroaches. I went right back to the front desk and told him I wanted a refund. He didn't seem surprised whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting will never go back and we'll tell everyone to stay far away.
