Room smelled like a nursing home Urine stains everywhere and room not properly kept by house keeping whatsoever. I had to wipe down and sterilize the counters and spray the carpets to try to get the room to smell decent. I had to keep the windows wide open as well to air the room out. Staff were great. However the upkeep of this place from house keeping is down. Either the house keeping isn’t paid good enough or they just don’t care. No Hilton should smell bad. Nor be unsterile.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and usually it’s great. This visit my room did not have hot water for the shower, the toilet ran all night, and unfortunately, the breakfast was not served that morning because the ovens were down.

I stayed at your hotel on Friday, November 7th, and checked out on Saturday, November 8th. I would like to bring to your attention the level of service I experienced from your front desk staff and the director of housekeeping. On the morning of November 9th, my 8-year-old son found a used condom between the bed and the air conditioning unit in our suite. I immediately contacted the front desk. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and left a negative impression, exhibiting rude and biased behavior. When I requested to be transferred to housekeeping, she responded curtly that I needed to explain the issue first before she could connect me. As someone with a background in housekeeping and supervisory roles, I found this response unprofessional and unusual. I then hung up to gather my belongings and approached the front desk in person, where I discovered that the housekeeping director was standing nearby. I explained what had occurred, but I received no apology or acknowledgment of responsibility. Instead, I was told that an investigation would be conducted and that I would receive a callback; my phone number was repeated back to me for confirmation. As of today, November 17th, I have not received any communication from your team regarding this matter. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I am disappointed with the level of service provided. I intend to share my experience publicly and hope to see improvements to ensure such inc

Greeted by a cloud of marijuana smoke when we came in. This was due to a staff member smoking a joint at the entrance. Pet odor on entrance to the room. I had reserved a room with a King bed. The room had a Queen. I was told they were fully booked and could not get us another room. Breakfast ran out of coffee, water and other menu items 1 hour before it was to end - took a while to restock. Staff was generally friendly and the room was otherwise clean.
