The whole stay horrible, the room was dirty the heater was loud. No accessibility for my walker nobody to help with a door just watched me struggle. Tired to call the front desk to to again remind them of late arrival nobody answered the phones. Called double tree reservations and they didnt and for them from 11pm to 2am we tried It was the worst stays I have ever had anywhere. Stayed at Hilton times square 1 block from times square the week before... Cheaper price waaaaaaay better place! clean and friendly... never again double tree.. you got me once never twice...and fighting cancer while doing all this.. super disappointed. I have a video of my awesome heater that sounded like airplane in my room. No room service after 11am.. if they offer you a cookie which they didn't for take it it may be your only meal... if you want the video please email me.. i have never made a complaint but I want you to know because I have never had an issue with you and you have always beeen a super good company to work with.

Air unit sounded like a plan was landing in our room, on the second day of our stay, hotel was booked with around 200 workers with working trucks, heard trucks backing up till 1:30am and started again at 6am thier back up buzzers was like having an alarm non stop in our room
