"I realize it’s part of the architecture. However, it was so frustrating having to constantly switch elevators from our room to the pool and to get to our car. Also, those are som of the slowest elevators we’ve ever experienced. The pool is Amazing! We enjoyed having access to shade at all times. ..."

"Beautiful hotel and facilities but poor service - long queues, no pool service, room cleaning was late in the day (was often between 4-5pm), the corridors to the rooms were dark and damp smelling - lacked 5 star service imo. Very family friendly which it is advertised as and so many amazing facilities ..."
