When I first walked in to check in the lady didn’t even greet me she rudely shouted “Check-in isn’t til 3pm!!” We had arrived a little early and was seeing if a room would be available to drop our things off. She said to come back at 3 when it’s check time. When I checked in at 3pm they didn’t explain all the amenities or hours. But she explained it to the next person checkin-in. There was another gentleman that had his arms crossed at the front check in everytime we entered the lobby. Breakfast was okay. There was so waffle maker just floppy French toast sticks. Pool was nice until there was a birthday party of like 10 little girls with parents sitting around drinking.
