Independent - accommodation in South Brisbane

Air conditioning through out the hotel was freezing. We tried setting our room at 22deg ( they had 18) but it was very poor and took a day to get to 21deg.

There was no WiFi for 2 days. The one breakfast we had was not great for the price, you had to pay extra or a decent coffee. The house keeping was hit and miss. They wouldn’t let me have a little proper milk for a cup of tea in my room. The view from my balcony was a busy main road and a load of bins. But the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There was also free parking. I think there are plans for updating which it needs, in our room there was no where to store clothes as in chest of drawers, and bedside able had no shelf or drawers.

Staff and wait staff were exceptional is there service at the hotel. Will be staying again for sure.
