We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

Lake Tahoe Getaway

Perfect house for a weekend meet up with friends! Back yard to relax in, plenty of space for a small group. Hot tub had to be reset but worked great afterwards. Quiet neighborhood, parking for 2-3 cars depending on size.

We enjoyed it, but you ask us to remove our shoes, but the steps to the upper floor were spoiled with dirt, and spill marks, so I told my guests not to take off their shoes

It was cozy and enjoyed the backyard and hot tub, but house was a outdated.

The house was a little outdated and we were hoping to bbq but the grill was broken. That was a bummer. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.
