Breakfast variety was very good. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and professional. They are well mannered. The front desk can be a bit more inviting since they are the front line. The room was clean. Overall I was pleased. I will be back.

Awful Hotel Staff-Rooms Not Cleaned Daily

Dirt room. Staff refused to clean the room on 2nd day even though we were gone from 10am - 3pm. When I complained at 315pm, upon return, I was told by the "Supervisor/Manager" on duty that "the housekeepers are gone or are leaving for the day". He offered tho give me towels and bed sheets, yes, to make my own beds. Bottom lie: the room was NOT cleaned, beds were not made plus dirty bathroom.

Our room only had a small towel and when I asked front staff, she said none would be available until one hour. After the hour, I was only able to get 2 beach towels. Despite this issue, Room was clean and our stay was good, overall.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a 3 night stay at the comfort inn and on our first night there was a leak coming out of the light fixture from the floor above us. They were able to switch us to a new room, but upon waking up in the morning there was no power and all of the food we had stored in the fridge had spoiled. Naturally I asked for a refund but was not able to receive one due to the power being out. Nevertheless, we checked out. I was instructed to leave a physical note of my experience so that when the power came back on they could issue a refund. Weeks later and still no refund has been issued despite numerous attempts and i have still been charged for all three nights. Save your money and stay anywhere but here.
