👎 Disappointed with Comfort Inn 👎 My recent stay at this Comfort Inn left a lot to be desired. The room felt sluggish and uninspired, and the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality I’ve experienced at other hotels. Breakfast was bare-bones — I get that it’s continental, but it felt like they were doing the absolute minimum. Cold coffee on a Sunday morning? Not okay. I also raised a safety concern about the lack of non-skid mats in the bathtub, which is especially risky for older guests like myself. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. Overall, this location seems content with offering the bare basics. I’ve paid less elsewhere and received far better service and amenities. I won’t be choosing this hotel again.

Everything went well but had trouble with towels I called about three times to ask for towels every time I would call they would say they were washing /drying mind you it was really late I couldnt wait much longer ended up falling asleep dirty family of 4 .When we woke up around 9:30 started get ready to head out.I went out my way looking for towels with a house keeper .I got a hold of only two towels.It was past 11 witch that’s check out time 11:30ish we were almost out & front desk comes to knock on the door & has the nerve to give us attitude & hurry us up after we were patient all dam night waiting for towels ! So a little advice get some inventory & get your hands in more towels & make sure you have your employees working not just sitting around in the front desk.Thank you
