We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. We booked the room overlooking the Cathedral which was stunning. The room was really large and immaculately designed. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The walk was no more than 10 minutes to the centre.
We were so impressed with this hotel and Durham we would definitely come back.

"Student Accommodation?? Misleading advertising/information?? Do not believe the website images. I stayed in room 24. I paid a little extra for a superior room, although my invoice stated a standard room. Mould around the windows, plenty of stains on the carpet, couldn't fill the kettle as sink too ..."

"On arrival when I checked in they gave me a room on first floor which was not good as I would of struggled to get up and down those I added a note in the box when I booked saying I am disabled and need ground floor.
