New venue located in a great part of the city. Luxe experience for sure. Check-in and front door service teams set a great tone when we arrived. Recommend Riverside views to better enjoy the city. Drink selection and daily variety for events they curate for guests a really nice touch.

The staff are friendly but they are not forthcoming with information. Along with the website saying 2 parking locations available, there is only 1 and you must go to the hotel and check in first before parking which they don’t tell you prior. There isn’t a lot of area to park/drop bags off and check in, then there was a 45 minute wait to check in. No one told us where the amenities were, we had to figure this out ourself. The rooms were old and cracked benches and cupboards and dusty. Our shower/bath was dirty also. The hotel pool was in a second building and we had to walk outside to get to it, the pool was great for the kids but definitely needed a decent scrub along the lining. The beds need some mattress toppers but for one night it was fine. The aircon/heater was locked so we couldn’t control the settings so was 23 and was way too hot! Something the hotel cannot control is the street noise, was ridiculous! My kids struggled to sleep through the rowdy crowd noise during the night. The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, fresh and a lot of variety.

Possibly our best ever hotel stay in Melbourne CBD. Additional snack bar was a big hit with our kids. Great building, huge rooms. A big winner.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was so beautiful! The city view was so stunning, with incredible waterfront views and a massive balcony seeing the full harbour. The staff and service was exceptional. Everyone was genuinely nice, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!! Thank you for the team for making our stay truely memorable and will definitely be back. Christine
