I really liked my stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing even when I need to check in at 1:30am. The rooms are very clean. One thing to know is that you should ask for a room number in the low hundreds. The hotel is next to a rail line. My room was near the line and trains traveled by throughout the night.

We came for hoopfest with our 2 year old daughter. Very close to downtown pretty much within walking distance even at 8 months pregnant. Lots of parking which was very nice even paying for it since it was way cheaper anyways. Train did not bother us at all. even without ear plugs. Room did have a weird smell to it but that’s subjective. Food vouchers were a nice touch though we didn’t get to use them as we didn’t have time. Only complaint would be the night person checked us in but didn’t give us the parking permit so hoping we didn’t get a ticket. * did not see that there was a permit till next day as we walked everywhere and didn’t even go to the car for two days* so this would be an isolated incident. but would for sure stay here again.

The stay was okay. You can hear everything. The cleanliness could have been better as there was urine around the toilet. The steam plant says they own parking lot across the street. Recommended we park there and the following day we received a parking ticket.

This is a motel, not a hotel. Pictures are a bit misleading. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Trains going by is a bit much for noise. I appreciated a fridge in the room as well as clean sheets.

Ruby Hospitality Group is good at marketing. Maybe the listing is not fraudulent, it is definitely misleading. This is an old motel on the train tracks a block or so from the old steam plant. Rooms have vinyl plank flooring and newer paint but are small and our room smelled bad. Free breakfast was also misleading. It was a voucher for their restaurant a block away, but only good for 1 guest (we booked for 3) with a $6 value. The listing said the room sleeps 3 people but their was no other furniture, so 3 people would need to fit in a queen bed or on the floor. It was walking distance to the river front.
The trains (3 tracks) go by the hotel all day and night. The trains were essentially above and adjacent to our room.
This is an old motel, not a hotel. It is a block away from the steam plant, not a hotel in the steam plant.
No couch, so room sleeps 3 including the floor.
