I had a smoking room to begin with but it smelled so strong of tobacco, I switched to a non-smoking room and smoked outdoors. Breakfast is a to-go bag at the reception desk, which was a little insufficient for me but okay. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We came for one of the busiest weekends at University of Arkansas. But this place was like a hidden gem in Springdale-15 minutes from UARK and a great price. It was remarkably clean and comfortable and convenient for the price we paid. And the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. We really liked this place! We liked it and it didn’t cost us a fortune! This will definitely be our go to place when Fayetteville is crazy crowded! Maybe even when it isn’t!

I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room thru Expedia. I called the location and verified my room was downstairs. I explained I was on a walker and could not to stairs. They verified I had a downstairs room. When I checked in they said I was in 201. I told them I booked and paid for a downstairs room. I was told they gave my room to someone else. I told them that was not going to work. The front desk lady changed my room to 107 when I told her had already paid for my room. She was very polite and courteous. I was unhappy with the breakfast in a bag. Yogurt, mixed fruit cup, mini muffin and a breakfast bar. Overall I would stay at this location again. Room was very clean.

Everything was broken. Plugs on the lamps, all popping out of sockets, sink head was loosing and coming off, AC unit switch was broken. Hotel would be fine if at all maintained.
