Close to Zion NP, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was no maid service and the battery died in key reader on the door to my room. It was an average room, but not worth the amount of money spent for the stay.

The hotel is located in downtown Springdale. Easy to get buses to Zion National Park. Restaurants and other stores are within walking distance. The hotel provides a breakfast pack.

Generally it is great, I may choose it again. There was an incident that the bedroom was leaking during a rainfall. There was no service to deal with it after I called, and no response from the lodge manager even though I called and explained to the front desk staffs.Fortunately nobody got hurt by the slippery wet floor. I will comment it as an individual case. Hope they will have a service for this situation in the future.

Would not recommend!

Our room did not lock when we first arrived. They reprogrammed our key, which continued to be troublesome throughout our stay. Our air did not work. We reported immediately but they never came to fix it or offer another room. We reported again and they just told us they had it noted. We heard water running all night, but not sure where it was coming from. Overall the room and bathroom needed repairs. Very poor experience for the cost.

Wonderful place, facility is only 4-year old and looks very new and clean. Service at the front desk was great, grab-and-go breakfast was not much but had few options to start the day. Best thing about this place is its location, its right next to restaurants, a wonderful bakery, and a convenient store. You can catch the shuttle to the Zion national park and not have to take your car as it can get difficult to find parking.

Very convenient to Zion, whether using shuttle, driving or biking. Nice to have grocery store across the street, e-bike rental also across the street and good dining options within quick walking distance. Family suite worked out well for our family of 4 with 2 young children who were on sofa bed.
