The best location! This older home is newly updated and is conveniently located in a a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Springfield. The neighborhood sits just behind Bass Pro Shops and the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and is only a short drive from downtown Springfield, the airport, Missouri State University, and so much more.
We hope you feel at home here!

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds (one is a trundle), and a double bed that pulls out from the sectional in the living room.

Sunshine House was easily accessible.

The house was located in a small easy to locate neighborhood. It was also near many restaurants and stores. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard but it could use a little sprucing up, when the weather allows.The interior of Sunshine House was clean and confortable. It was also stocked with all the neccessities!
