Guests will enjoy this entire 2 bedroom home with covered front porch for relaxing, fully fenced backyard with fire pit/grill , spacious living and dining area, open kitchen for cooking, and convenient location to universities, hospitals, nightlife, and sporting events. No pets. Washer/Dryer available for guest to use. Plenty of free parking available. We have Rokus for both TVs.

Anniversary

We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house.

Cozy House With Great Hosts

My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay here! It was just what we needed. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any accommodations we needed. Addressing the previous review: - Sure there was a chip in the linoleum flooring in one spot but the rest of the house was newly remodeled. - The neighborhood is a bit run down but my wife and I walked it every day for two weeks to Evangel University for a conference and felt safe.

I have traveled across yhe world for 25yrs.. staying in countless hotels and vrbos. This place was the worst ever. Do not book this place.

I would stay again

This house was 4 minutes from a convention that we were working. It had everything that we needed and was a good fit for our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
