Quick on nighter.

Great hotel, we only stayed a night but could have stayed more. Comfy, quiet and staff were fantastic. The restaurant Free Bird was great as well. Our son loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay, with one issue.

Nice Stay. However, Master bathroom shower water tap was broken and wouldnt turn water on. Reported to hotel in the morning. They said they’d fix it that day and never did.

Poor attention to quality. Just a few things to note about the suite: - The towel rack is installed inside the shower. Needed to find space on the bathroom counter for the towels - The toilet flushes poorly and clogs, needed multiple tries to go down - The lamp and outlets on one side of the bed are not working - The fridge door was installed backwards and opens away from the kitchen

Our room was on top of the car port door so it was extremely noisy every time anyone drove in ALL NIGHT! We arrived at 3, but weren’t allowed to check in as policy is 4pm… had nowhere to go since their lobby was gutted so had to go blow $100 at the restaurant to kill time. Not many options in Squamish so they really have you handcuffed

Very underwhelming

The only advantage is the location. Other than that, there's too much misleading information about the hotel. They claim to have spa - it's not there (third party located outside of hotel. You can only book a massage in your room. I don't want that). Ski gear storage - nonexistent. The receptionists' manager (or senior receptionist, IDK) rather rudely talked to us when we asked for this gear storage. Pool is too small and not very clean. Hot tub is okay. Gym is bad. But the worst is their pillows. The most uncomfortable in my life. I simply couldn't sleep. They're stiff, clumpy and just horrible.
