This home has 4 uniquely designed bedrooms for each guests personal preference.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Lighthouse Room- 1 King bed with 50' TV, full-length mirror and workspace desk. Master walk-in closet with dresser space. Master bathroom with double sinks and private toilet/full bath. Two nightstands with easy access outlets.

Bedroom 2: Beach Room- 1 King bed with 50' TV and full-length mirror. Sliding closet and two nightstands with easy access outlets.

Bedroom 3: Alligator Room- 2 Bunk beds with 4 Full size beds. 50' TV, full length mirror and kids nook with children's books and games. Small closet, one nightstand and easy access outlets.

Bedroom 4: Castillo Room- 1 King bed and 1 Full sized pull-out couch in a private studio setup in-law suite with easy access to main house. Includes its own 50' TV and living area, kitchenette and table, workspace desk, and bathroom with full tub. Closet, full-length mirror, 2 nightstands with easy access outlets. Private access from driveway.


KITCHEN:
This fully-equipped modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and an exceptionally large countertop, perfect for serving large meals. Also includes keurig machine (with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cream and sugar), toaster, toaster oven, and mini air fryer. 4 bar seats for countertop. Connected laundry room with full size washer and dryer and drying rack. Includes entertainment area with shuffle board and 2 arcade games- pacman and mortal kombat.


LIVING/DINING SPACE:
Coastal inspired dining room with table that seats 10. Living area with large comfortable couch and chairs, restored gas fireplace, 65' TV and games/puzzles.


OUTDOOR OASIS:
Private Hot Tub: Unwind with a soothing soak under the stars, fits 6 people at a time.
Fire Pit: Gather around the gas fire pit for s'mores and stories. 6 adirondack chairs for seating.
Putting Green: Get competitive with your crew on our 5-hole putting green, then grab a cold drink from the outdoor cooler and relax in the hangout area to celebrate your victory.
Deck Hangout: Gazebo with outdoor furniture, 2 person egg chair and gas grill. Easy access to kitchen inside.
Yard Games: Engage in some friendly competition with giant yard games, including cornhole, giant Connect Four, and giant Jenga.
Beach Amenities: We provide everything you need for a perfect beach day, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and a beach wagon to carry them.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 4-bedroom home and the private backyard. Keyless entry makes for a seamless and secure check-in experience at any time.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
DOS: Easy access to a coffee and wine shop across the street!
Creme de la Coco: Satiate your sweet tooth with the amazing bakery at the street corner
Community Basketball and Playground: A 5-minute walk around the neighborhood will lead you to a community area with a basketball hoop, garden and playground perfect for children. All without walking on the main road.
Shuttle Access: There is a city parking lot nextdoor that will occasionally offer shuttle services to and from downtown, usually during high traffic times of year

PARKING:
Driveway can fit 4 vehicles comfortably. Can also park in the street along the property, just be conscientious of other neighbors ability to access their driveways.
