Everything was wonderful!! Great communication and we had everything we needed. All the small details from kitchen items to chargers for devices everywhere. So nice we could also do laundry! Walking distance to beach was perfect! Loved that we had beach chairs as well!!

Beautiful condo development near the beach!

The property was about a five minute walk to the beach. There are stores and restaurants. It is only a five minute drive across the bridge to old Saint Augustine. Laundry and kitchen was a bonus and everything was very clean! I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect for our Purpose

We needed something over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. This condo was perfect for us. Easy to find, near whatever we needed and in a quiet area. Other than hearing the footsteps of the renters above us, it was just what we expected. Nicely decorated in a beach theme and plenty of room for the two of us. When we are in the area again visiting family we will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful relaxing time! Short stroll to the beach and only a short drive to Historic St Augustine. Best of both worlds. Thought we were going to have small glitch before arrival, but it turned out to be technical difficulties. (Gotta love computers!) ❤️ Over all this property and host gets a 5 star review from us!

The linens were clean and cotton and plentiful! The unit was clean and convenient to the best beach we’ve ever been to! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all our meals! I suppose the last guests left some of their spices and cleaning supplies as well as shampoo and body wash… it was great! We can’t wait to come back! Might even find a unti in Sea Villas to purchase for our very own! Pet friendly, welcoming community! Thanks Dinah ♥️

Great little place!

This place was perfect for us. Very short walk to the beach was nice so we didn’t have to fight for parking everyday. Also a close drive to the sights on Old Town St. Augustine. Owner was very responsive. Good safe area! Thanks for the great vacation!
