This 2nd floor balcony suite has an incredible view of the ocean with a palm tree gently swaying just off the balcony. This condo is furnished with upscale rattan furniture in a tropical motif and equipped with a 42" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 25" flat screen TV. There is a memory foam mattress on the queen sleeper sofa for added comfort. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom areas, full kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, tile floor is the perfect condo for a beach holiday. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great vacation

The location of this property was perfect!! Great view of ocean from balcony. Perfect space for my husband and I. Front desk and maintenance were very prompt with a problem in the suite. The water in shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. Maintenance was able to fix at that moment but the next day, it was the same thing. Also, the seating in the living area was so uncomfortable. However, overall , this was a great place to stay. Hopefully the issue with the water will be resolved.

The unit needs major updating. Mildew in the bathroom, bathroom door falling a part, bathroom plumbing not functioning well, etc… not impressed with this condo. The location is great!

Crescent Beach

Our room was very clean. Looked as if it may have undergone renovations recently. Only problem was bed linen (bottom sheet was not a queen). Office staff was very helpful and professional. Very accommodating! We would stay again!

Nice getaway Right on the beach

Condo was very nice and ample for 2 people. Bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. Condo clean and AC works well. Tile throughout unit helps make sure very clean. Lots of bath towels maid service daily. This facility is older but kept very clean and all staff very pleasant. Would recommend for the price
