What more could you ask for in this 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus. Rock away your worries on this beach front balcony. This condo has all those little details that make a stay on the beach enjoyable. There is a sofa and several occasional chairs that are positioned to enjoy the 32" Flat Screen TV. There are two Murphy bed cabinets with Twin Beautyrest mattresses inside. Enjoy the creative decorations and personality throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. A lovely kitchen table provides family dining options. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and grab bar. The private bedroom is carpeted and has a King Sized Beautyrest bed, ceiling fan and 26" Flat Screen TV. This is a lovely condo for a family, you can even bring your pet. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Ocean waterfront with beautiful views.

Everything was excellent only minor issue is that furniture in sitting/ TV room is in need of up grading. We would return again.

Check in process was fast, and beach view was amazing. The room itself is outdated and was not cleaned properly. Overall experience was just okay. I really wish they had been more thorough in cleaning…

Great view

The property had a great view. Our only issue with the condo was the carpet in master bedroom was sticky. Probably just needs a deep cleaning or replacement. A d the couch smelled lime wet dog. But overall we had a great vacation.

Condo itself was great; facility….not so much

The condo was great! Very clean and well equipped with kitchen things…. The owner of this condo provided an excellent vacation… Beacher’s Lodge had some qualms.. while we were unloading our car, I kept hearing someone screaming for help! Turns out there are people stuck in one of the elevators! Which was then out of order for the whole week. Thankfully everyone was evacuated safely. And the pool closes at 7:40?? After a long day of sightseeing and playing in the ocean, they weren’t allowed in the pool after then with plenty of daylight left with strict instructions to leave the pool area… the condo was great.. the facility itself…meh

Small kitchen with few supplies

Location was great! Patio overlooks ocean for a beautiful view. Kitchen could use some work. Only one small roasting pan. No baking sheet. Tiny coffee pot. No good sized baking dishes. Bring your own kitchen equipment if you plan to cook a lot while you stay here! Little to no storage space in kitchen - no pantry. Plenty of linens!
