Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

Perfect Location!
We loved staying at this property! The location was easily walkable to all things Downtown St. Augustine, but still on a quiet street. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Easy drive to the beaches too!! We would love to stay here again!!!

We will be back! What a great location! The property is just adorable and had everything we needed. The apartment and grounds are all very clean and we were able to walk to most things. With ample assigned parking on-site, we never had to worry about finding a space. We're already looking forward to our next trip!

Very convenient to downtown points of interest and ideal for two seniors for space and accommodations. Regrettable we only had one key but managed well. Visitors relatives and friends from Ponto Verdra and Ormond Beach on separate days but did not stay overnight we’re very impressed and good publicity for you. Thank you Graham & Eileen
