Property is under construction. It will be beautiful. But some little flaws. Shower head didnt work some lights did not turn on with a switch. And pricey for not offering anything. And you also have to pay to park nightly

This is a beautiful place with the most accommodating staff I have ever encountered. The only reason for a three star on the condition is that they are going through a huge renovation. That being said they went overboard to assure us that everything was taken care of. It is a beautiful space and will be even moreso when the renovations are finished. I would certainly recommend this place especially when all is completed. Again, a wonderful and caring staff made what could have been a problem into a very pleasant stay.

Expected more

Was expecting a little more for our family get away. Was told they couldn’t give me a roll out bed for my kid because there were already two beds in the room. There was also roaches on the counters where the fridge and tv are at. Aside from 2 beds, they’re was 1 rolling chair to sit. No sitting area. Hotel looks amazing but seemed to not be the right time we choose to stay there.

Nice but construction is ongoing

The room was very nice. They are doing a lot of hotel construction around. So their is no vending or ice machines. They also don't do room service each day so you might have to ask for more towels. Otherwise the rest of the stay was nice.

The hotel was under renovation. I think they gave me the crappiest room they had because of the cheap rate through you. The vanity area had no light at all. So it was dark in there. I think we were the only ones they put on the 1st floor. I never saw anyone in the other 5 rooms. I ask for upgrade or a room with lights and they would not accomodate. I think the hotel will be very nice when funished. But, for the rooms that are not complete, they should not be placing customers in them and making money off of us.

Atrocious stay

Why would any hotel remain open while undergoing major construction? Why would a hotel say there is no handicap access or wheelchairs?Why would one pay a parking fee and then need to park one block away? Why would a hotel say we do not have a luggage cart? This hotel should never have been recommended by hotels.com. Shame on you

Nice stay for our AMP Concert

Hotel was under construction but was still enjoyable. Clean room with great pillows, bedding and mattress. Only complaint is $10/day parking fee for their lot which does not even have enough spaces for all the guests. Parking fees at hotels really irk me.

We’ve stayed here several times and while they are remodeling the room we got was exactly as described. We had a wonderful view of the pool and across to the ocean. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The only thing I would change would be a mattress upgrade. I don’t think they’ve replaced it yet
