Located just steps away from the Historic Downtown, this unit is the perfect home base for exploring all that the city has to offer. This is one of four units in a beautiful duplex and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy the ease of onsite laundry and a coffee bar, and save on parking fees! You'll have everything you need for a truly special vacation!
Our home is situated just steps away from the Historic Downtown St. Augustine, overlooking the Lightner Museum and the Flagler College Gymnasium. As this is one of four units in a beautiful duplex, please note that you will need to enter through a shared laundry room and coffee bar to access your private unit, which has been recently remodeled. Once inside, you'll find a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second room, as well as a large living room and your own private balcony. Enjoy the convenience of onsite laundry and a coffee bar, and save on parking fees! With everything you need for a truly special vacation.
All four units are rentals so feel free to reach out if you would like to book the entire house that sleeps 14 people!
You will have full access to the Laundry room with a coffee bar, and your private Unit. You will be able to park on our lot during your entire stay to save on those parking fees!

Yea Parking and close to downtown!

Great location- I would recommend re- emphasizing that the coffee bar is a common space and to shut/ lock the door that leads up to the unit:). Also, if someone who is handicapped or elderly you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs- not an issue for us, just a tip for any one person who may struggle with stairs- what a great place, thank you!

Great place and location.
Property was perfect for to couples and visiting all the points of interest in St Augustine. I will note that the reservation payment link between VRBO and the Property Management Company - Guest Ready Vacations LLC doesn’t work. The day we left received texts, emails, and calls from Guest Ready saying I gave them a bad CC. They were not very friendly, especially since it wasn’t my responsibility.

The location is walkable to everything in Saint Augustine. The beds were comfortable. A good size living room with dining table. Just enough cookingware and dishes. Coffee station available as well as washer and dryer! Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, great location
The unit was very clean and comfortable for our 4 person group. We loved sitting out on the lovely balcony. The location was wonderful for walking to all of the attractions. We loved the well-supplied coffee bar. The complimentary private parking was also appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. We would recommend staying here, but have a few tips to improve your stay. There are lots of stairs to climb if anyone in your group is older or physically-limited. There is an oven with stovetop, but no microwave or toaster, if you are interested in heating up food or making toast. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and shower soap, as none are provided. Otherwise, it was a very lovely stay.
