The house is within walking distance of pretty much everything in the historic district of St Augustine. It is also a good size house and will comfortably sleep 14 people with room to spare between the main house and the cottage out back. Both of which are very nice old houses that have been kept up pretty well. The only downside I really had was that, i'm guessing it was the cleaning people, moved all of the remotes for the ceiling fans/lights for the main house into the main bedroom downstairs. So it took a little bit to figure out which remote belonged to which fan. Other than that it was a great place to rest at night before getting back out on the town the next day.

What an adorable house with a very attentive host. This was super spacious for our girls weekend of six. We could have easily housed a few more with ease. Close to town.

My family decided to visit Night of Lights and we stayed at this wonderful property. Hannah, our host was extremely responsive to my several questions. The home allowed my large family to have plenty of room and was extremely comfortable. It sits uptown about a 10-15 minute walk to the area with all the lights. The bedrooms are all roomie. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor space was fun! I would highly recommend this property for large families or groups.

This was the perfect property for our girls trip! We had a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, everyone was able to have their own room, and we were in walking distance to all the fun things we wanted to do. The cottage was just as gorgeous! Hannah communicated with us in a timely manner and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely home and cottage!

We had a wonderful stay with our large family group for a very special birthday event. The home and cottage felt warm and inviting. The host was extremely communicative, gracious and accommodating. The home was walking distance to many of St. Augustine’s fun destinations. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Highly walkable location to downtown and coffee shops, bars, restaurant etc.! Easy street parking and a great stay for a group of people. It’s also very drivable to vilano beach. The hosts were extremely responsive and receptive to any needs we had and we had an easy check in experience. Highly recommend!

Charming property close to and in walking distance to downtown St Augustine! My adult sons enjoyed hanging out in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable! Great place to stat!

very walkable to everything we wanted to do, older house and carriage house, guessing 120 yrs old, we had 9 people with us and plenty of space to hang out, back yard has a "beach" area which was nice except the chairs sank into the sand at least 2-3 inches so i would recommend taking out the sand and put in pavers,

60th birthday get together

Had a very quick but nice stay at the home. Location was great to walk to downtown. Accommodation for 14 adults attending a 60th birthday party. separate cottage was wonderful for those wanting to be away from the commotion. The cottage rooms were snug, and the master bedroom off kitchen could use a mini split for ac as opposed to a window unit, but otherwise very comfortable for our group.
