AMAZING staff, each and every one at the front desk. Facility is well lit, and we felt completely safe and secure. Room/bathroom are very clean, bright, and spacious. Beds and linens were super clean and very comfortable. Couple of improvement opportunities do exist. Water pressure in the shower is quite low and no liquid shower gel (bar soap). Breakfast is typical, not great.

Front staff was amazing! My family travel here for “ Nights of Lights” that experience was horrible but Amy gave us some great tips and suggestions where to eat and how to navigate around the chaos. We took her suggestions and made the best of what we could and it was well worth it. We will be back for the off season. Thanks Guys ❤️

Clean comfortable room, staff not so friendly, addressed cost from amount given online then was charged extra fees not told upon arrival. Free parking should be already included in your stay regardless of location. Breakfast should be extended to at least 10am. for families that are not up and ready before 9am for breakfast to be served. There offered way too much carbs/bread/gluten not enough healthy options, no fruit at all except bananas, bland eggs only pork sausage for protein, they didn't refill coffee, juice, and food to accommodate the amount of people in the line. Guests just cut in front of you to get waffles, to get coffee, bagel etc. there was no organized flow of a line at all. And not enough space for family to sit in dining area.

The hotel was nice and clean. I did not care for the breakfast as they served liquid eggs; they did'nt have much of a selection. There was a shortage of fruit. The staff was nice. Overall I would stay there again but unless the breafast gets better. I will continue to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Our room was mostly clean. On three occasions, we found 12 inch long black hairs .on the bathroom floor which we believe we tracked in from the carpet in our room. Neither my wife or I have long hair over 3 inches long. I believe a little more attention to vacuuming would work.Management and staff was courteous and friendly and worked very hard over the 3 days of our stay at Christmas.

Wow, everything about this place. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was as clean as I have seen and the room was kept cool. Breakfast was outstanding...eggs, sausage, 3 waffle makers, etc. and across the street was the shuttle for Nights of Lights.
