The staff is very kind and will take care of you. This is an older motel but is kept very clean. Very easy drive to outlet mall and dining options.

Don't know where to begin, upon arrival we went to check in to our 2 rooms & hotel had no record of our reservation. Clerk was rude & told me that I must have made it at another location. Told me to call Expedia. So, I called & had hard time reaching a person. Spent over 30 minutes on hold with Expedia while they called the hotel. Expedia shared my reservation #, (I could not find on my portal), they each blamed each other for cancellation After 45 minutes the agent rebooked our rooms. She wasn't friendly until she received confirmation, I wasn't trying to con her. Now the room, bathroom was filthy. Toilet had black rings inside toilet and stains. Shower looked like the bottom was black. The faucets & handle were heavily stained with soap scum. Bathroom sink the same. Used Qtip on the floor, spill stains on the wall in bathroom & by bedroom mirror. TV was very old with limited channels and writing on screen very blurry. Daughter's room was just as bad, if not worse. TV wouldn't shut off, food on floor in bathroom. At least she hoped it was food and not rat feces. Pillowcases were dirty. I did not complain to management because she was rude upon arrival, & we had a very busy schedule with event planners for upcoming wedding & was not letting anyone near my stuff. We put towels down on tub floor to stand on and squatted when using toilet. Shoes were a must. The water machine in lobby shut off after breakfast & lobby toilet had poop in toilet. Won't be back. Ugh!

when we check in the lady at the front desk was unfriendly. didn't say nothing. when we got the key she told us. all the information that you need to know is write down . breakfast was so poor, omelette , waffles, bread, coffee , few bags of tea. and juice. REAR DOOR always unlocked... .so anyone can get in.

Our first room had yellow satins on the bedsheets, but hey accommodated us with a second room which was only marginally cleaner. Still had mystery stains on the sheets, but we later found mold in the mini fridge and what seemed like mold on the pictures hanging above the bed. My wife is pregnant and we felt unsafe spending the night in such a dirty place we left that night without sleeping there. Staff won’t refund anything because we accepted the second room. I would avoid this place at all costs

2 day stay experience at Country Inn and Suites.

My overall stay was just ok. The website pictures were better than what was actually experienced. The rooms had no modern amenities, and looked very old. The bed was very low and looked NOT to be a King sized bed. The TV, should definitely be upgraded, and the bathroom shower should be totally replaced because it was rusted and what looked to be green algae or the like....wasn't please with this experience. On a good note, the breakfast food was good, fresh, and the food stations were very clean. This was a very nice breakfast experience during my 2 day stay. It my hopes that my comments be read and that hotel management and leadership look at and consider possible coorective actions to ensure all guest have a most positive ans rewarding experience while in St. Augustine, Fl.
