Great people bad hotel

Rm 219 had no lights so we had to pack back up and move to 402 402 had lights but the ceiling was falling in In the tub. Paint chips were in my hair. I ate my donuts for a snack and left the rest for morning. The ants got them first. Ants were even in the bed sheets. Breakfast was a little weird. The eggs tasted like farts

The property and staff were nice. The walls are pretty thin, had kids running up and down the hallways screaming. The toilet kept running our entire stay. All in all the rooms were comfortable and the beds were firm and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the website says that they give the rooms at 3pm ,and when you arrive, they don’t have it ready like all the hotels that I been, and you need to wait almost an hour to get the room.

Most of the hotel staff was very nice. The evening staff at the front desk was very rude all weekend. With her being the only hotel staff to talk to, she was not friendly until after she was completely rude to you. Other than that, all was tolerable or expected with staying at a hotel. Stay was great!

Quick trop

Only stayed a couple hours flight was delayed and had arrived late. Parking lot was full, had been communicating via texting about late arrival. Was told when I checked in that had I been a few minutes later my prepaid reservation would have been canceled. Other than that all was good!
