My unit had a front screened porch and a balcony out back. Best deal in the St Augustine area bar none! Available by water too. So much more than a hotel room. Excellent competitive rates. I have been here many times and love it always.

The unit was very nice. It is not within walking distance to town, but, it had a great lanai over looking the water and it was nice to be able to get away from the crowds. The is a small coffee shop next door. The woman at check in was very helpful. We would definitely book here again.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very pleasant, friendly, and professional lady. As soon as we arrived, she clarified all my questions about the room we had booked. The place was clean, organized, and we slept very comfortably. The view was spectacular. Within a few minutes, there’s a gas station, a market, and downtown is close by. We visited during Thanksgiving, and even then, everything was very calm with no stress despite the number of people.
