**PARKING- parking is available for 2 COMPACT cars in the driveway. If traveling in a large vehicle, most likely, only one will fit in order to not stick out into the narrow street. Additionally, street parking is NOT available directly in front of the home. Guests will be responsible for finding their our street parking nearby or utilizing paid public overnight parking**



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house and private back patio with seating, as well as free Wi-Fi, free off-street parking for 2 compact cars, complimentary coffee for their first morning, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Perfect location

Location was perfect. House was very clean. Area was perfect for four adults. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. We were able to walk to all the downtown area. Trolley station is less than a block away. Would definitely stay again.
