Views of the ocean and direct access from the rear patio door to the grassy common space and pool for your enjoyment. Pack 'n Play available for use and beach toys to share for your vacation enjoyment. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.
