We were happy to find this condo for a family wedding weekend in St. Augustine. We liked that it was very clean and had three bedrooms, 3.5 baths which was perfect for three couples. You get just a bit of a beach view from the third floor master bedroom balcony. But the boardwalk to the beach was right next to this condo making for easy access to the beach. It was also furnished with a lot of kitchen items and dishes. It had a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. Just note that this three story condo would not be for anyone with limited mobility or knee issues. The stairs are rather steep. The guest rooms are on the first floor, the kitchen and family room are on the second floor, and the master bedroom is on the third floor.

Great experience

The condo was perfect and had plenty of things for the kids to play with and tons of books. That’s a big plus for our big group. And plenty of towels were available I like so many other rentals I’ve been in. The management company was very easy to work with and accommodated our checkout time. The only downside to anything is that the condo is really hot on the 3rd floor which is the master suite.

It was a wonderful time until Milton decided to rear its nasty weather. We had to cut our vacation by 3 nights. Other than minor repairs that were needed, all the was wonderful . The only problem was the lights in the bedrooms. Could not find where to turn them on with the switch
